Summer and A big decision.

School time creeps up on us every summer. It is never a long enough summer. If I had my way

the kids would always be home.

 

Kevik has decided to take the Volleyball coach job. He has been the H.S. Basketball girls coach

for many many years now. He has always said he would never take the Volleyball coach position.

But, now that Hannah is entering High School and the threat of doing away with Volleyball all together, he has decided to take the job. I am very happy. Hannah is too.

There is a meeting tonight to discuss the season with the girls that want to play and their parents.

It should be a fun season.

 

School clothes shopping is almost complete. We still have a little to do for Hannah. I am not sure how...but it gets less expensive as the kids get older. I thought it would be the other way around.

If it were completely up to me, I would home school. Kevik does not like that idea at all. He thinks they should be in the school because the schools need more lights. I agree....But, I also feel they do not get the schooling they should. The teachers cater to the "smart" kids. They have their favorites. Which I think is awful. I guess if my kids were the favorites I wouldn't complain, right? Ha!
