This past weekend we went to our Annual Friday Harbor trip. Kevik has friends that allow us to us their beach cabin every year for a few days. They allow us to stay there for free!! They are truly a blessing.
It was HOT, which I love but...I burned my lips. They are very swollen and very sore. 
There are so many things that over shadow my poor lips though.
Watching our 4 year old, Aleise, kayak in a boat on her own for the first time was precious. Looking for sea glass with our 12 year old , Jonas, is a memory I cherish. Walking the beach with our 10 year old, Sierra, was wonderful. Seeing our 14 year old, Hannah, in her swim suit....a reminder that she is not little anymore. She is growing into a beautiful young lady. But, what I enjoyed most was sharing these memories with my husband, Kevik. He is the one that I will be reliving (God willing) these precious memories with for years to come. I love him so much. 15 years, in August, we have been together. They have been beautiful.
